Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 2, 2026
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the USA Buyers Marketplace marketing website at usabuyersmarketplace.com. It describes what information this website collects, how that information is used, and your rights with respect to it.
If you create a buyer or vendor account and use the USA Buyers Marketplace software application, your use of that application is governed by separate terms of service and a software privacy notice provided at account creation. That application handles request content, bid documents, vendor records, and transaction data — none of which is covered here.
1. Who we are
USA Buyers Marketplace is owned and operated by International eProcurement, LLC, a privately held company headquartered in Las Vegas, NV 89128. We operate a B2B procurement marketplace where business buyers post requests and vendors submit competitive bids.
For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at:
2. Information we collect
a. Information you provide through forms
The marketing site has three forms. The following fields are present on each:
Buyer application
Full name, company name, work email address, job title, estimated annual procurement spend (selected from a range), and an optional description of typical procurement needs.
Vendor application
Full name, company name, work email address, phone number, primary product or service category, annual revenue (selected from a range), and an optional description of service area.
Contact form
Role (buyer, vendor, or other), full name, email address, phone number (optional), and message.
Note on current form status
As of the effective date of this policy, the submission backend for these forms is not yet active. When you submit a form, the information you entered is not transmitted to any server or stored in any database. We are disclosing the fields now so that this policy accurately reflects the site as it exists. When the submission handler is connected, this policy will be updated to describe how submitted data is processed and retained.
b. Information collected automatically
This website does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or behavioral monitoring tools. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording software, and no other third-party tracking is installed on this site.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like all web hosting providers, Vercel's infrastructure processes standard server-level information when your browser requests a page — including IP address, browser type, operating system, and the page requested. This is ordinary web server log data, not visitor tracking. Vercel's own privacy policy governs how Vercel handles this infrastructure-level data. We do not receive or store individual visitor logs from Vercel.
3. How we use information
When form submissions are active, information you provide will be used only for the purpose for which you submitted it:
- Buyer and vendor applications: to review your interest in the software, contact you about onboarding, and set up your account if approved.
- Contact form submissions: to respond to your inquiry and provide the information or support you requested.
We do not use contact form or application data for advertising, automated profiling, or sale to third parties. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications based on this data.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. The site's functionality does not require cookie consent under standard interpretations of GDPR or CCPA because no non-essential cookies are set.
The underlying Next.js framework may set one or more first-party technical cookies to support client-side navigation and performance. These cookies do not track you across sites, are not shared with third parties, and contain no personally identifiable information.
If we add analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and implement any required consent mechanism.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. The following third parties process information in connection with operating this website:
Vercel (web hosting)
The marketing site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel processes standard server-level request data as part of delivering pages to visitors. Vercel acts as an infrastructure provider, not as a data broker.
Planned integration — demo scheduling (Calendly)
We plan to add Calendly for demo scheduling. Once active, information you provide to book a demo — such as your name, email address, and selected appointment time — will be processed by Calendly (Calendly, LLC) under Calendly's own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy. This integration is not yet live. We will update this policy when it goes active.
We may also disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
6. Data security
The marketing site is served exclusively over HTTPS, encrypting data in transit between your browser and our hosting provider. The site is hosted on Vercel, a reputable infrastructure platform with its own security practices. We do not store form submissions in a database at this time, which means there is no application-level data store to secure or breach on the marketing site.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We do not make specific security certifications for the marketing website.
7. Data retention
Because form submission handling is not yet active, no personally identifiable information submitted through forms is currently stored or retained by us.
When the form backend is connected, we will retain submitted contact and application information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or process your application, and for a reasonable period after to support any follow-up. We will update this policy at that time with specific retention guidance.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- The right to know what personal information we hold about you.
- The right to correct inaccurate information.
- The right to request deletion of your information.
- The right to opt out of sale of your information (we do not sell personal information).
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@internationaleprocurement.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
USA Buyers Marketplace is a B2B software for business professionals. This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us at sales@internationaleprocurement.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when material changes occur — specifically when form submission handling becomes active, when Calendly or other third-party integrations go live, or when any analytics tools are added. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. For significant changes, we may post a notice on the site.
